Re: Transfer Market Action

On the other side of the coin I recently lsited a 38 skilled bat for £99,000 no takers He then fell to 37 and was relisted at £9,999 - didn't sell He sold this week for £999 ! Maybe I should have called him out here - do you think it makes a difference? (I know it's a stupid question) if you didnt ...

Re: [theory] Does Pace really matter?

Thinking being that if you train a player to Fast rather than Medium then you could 'potentially' get away with 'slightly' lower skills. Making numbers up entirely a 45 player with good f...

Re: [theory] Does Pace really matter?

My 2 fastest bowlers (a RF and RFM) have the worst averages out of my top 10 bowlers of all time. Both of them open the bowling and both of them bowl close to or at the death. 40 bat/34 bowl current allrounder with fielding and captaincy

http://www.stumpedgame.com/player.php?Player=174520 Looking for valuations. I could do with a little cash to invest in the team so looking to sell one of my stalwarts. He's been one of my best players for a while, racking up almost 6,000 runs at 31.75 and 101 wickets at 21.67, coupled with 58 fieldi...

Re: 16 current w/k with 16 captaincy

I don't think you have said anything unreasonable in your sales pitch- however his career average of 12 without reaching 50 would make me reticent to include him in my batting line up even in Division 2 and i'd be looking for better batting and shelling out $2k a week more for someone to get that -...

But glad he's gone to a good home. Although he never scored a century for me

Honestly...he's not the kind of player I'd go after, which means he was exactly the kind of player I was missing :p
