Re: Season 21 League Matches

Word must've gotten to Satin about Solkar's rapid 120, as Satin is smoking the hapless Dragon Ashes bowlers to all parts, whether they be a batsman, injured or not. Means he'll keep his lead over Tonk's charge, even increasing it slightly now as this is a shellacking. (Poor Shorten won't get a chanc...

Re: Short League 5 - Tier 1

Surprisingly low scoring affair at home today against Durham Elite. Was a road but both teams bowled well but Bell’s 6 wickets was the difference in the end as we prevailed by 3 wickets, the man himself finishing unbeaten on 17 to guide his home after a late collapse threatened to derail us. Well p...

Re: And the Scouts find...

wait, are you saying that the scouting averages actually DO predict potential to some extent? I've not noticed any correlation at all, and just pick based on handedness/aggression. Uh, of course they do. As Rob said, higher average for batting and lower average for bowling mostly just refers to the...

Re: Another suggestion to increase paid membership

Hey Buster. If I’m remembering correctly from when I had membership. It does give you some of the stats you are after. In particular How each batsman performs at each spot in the batting line up, runs scored, average total innings etc, in addition to this you can review how they performed at differ...

Re: No youth recruit

As I thought, no scout report has meant no training. Positive of this? I got 0 plops at least

oof
Drew world number 2 Kashmir Warriors for round 5. Luckily at home as I look to plan for the games around it as well as the game itself.

Re: Season 21

Holy hell, playing Ascott against hapless div 2 bowling attacks is hilarious to behold. He now has 691 runs for the season after today’s belting. He hit an unbeaten 121* off 54 balls against some pretty ordinary bowling tbf but he has more runs than my next 3 run scorers combined  Averages a wh...

Re: Ashes

What a crazy match! Very disappointing finish from an Aussie perspective but a great fightback by England. Excellent innings by Stokes. That's a light way of saying it from both perspectives. Gutted, but think about how England could've cruised if they had simply batted better in their first innings.
