Does anyone know what effort bowler does to spinners

Does anyone know what effort bowler does to spinners


Same as seamers, they bowl a "quicker one" usualy mid 60s which can potentially generate a higher chance of a wicket but at the sacrifice of a bit of accuracy (and hence a higher economy).

I wasn't under the impression of a cost at accuracy, I thought it was just a higher no-ball chance? Unorthodox action already costs accuracy...

From the rules. It is less accurate - but it is only the effort ball that has an accuracy cost, not every ball like in UA. And I assume the cost is minor compared to the positive effect of the effort ball, otherwise the characteristic wouldn't be worth having.
