Hrishabh Solkar and Mickey Nash combined today to produce what was probably the best and most devastating partnership in my club's long history.

Ricky Town sent us into bat and took 2 early wickets. Solkar and Nash then came to the crease and brutally Tonked Ricky Town's bowlers to all parts of the ground. They produced an amazing 244-run partnership off just 100 balls against quality opposition!

Solkar smashed 156 from just 66 balls including 8 sixes and 16 fours! That innings narrowly broke Crawford's longstanding T20 club record of 155 not out. Nash plundered 92 n.o. from just 41 balls including 5 sixes and 10 fours! We finished our innings on 264 and the home crowd were ecstatic with that brutal display of batting. :D

Ricky Town made a decent effort batting 2nd but the scoreboard pressure proved too much and we won by 100 runs.

T20 relegation here I come. Lost our last 4, about to lose our fifth on the trot chasing a pretty modest target despite boasting the best top 6 in Aus. 5 down now for only 45 in the 10th over is pathetic, it's not even that difficult of conditions but the boys batting like it's a 99 wear minefield. Only 2 players have made it to double digits, and no one has found anything remotely close to timing, even against the spinner bowling nothing but full tosses, and when you have 3 unlucky messages for the first 4 wickets it's never going to be your day. And looking at the current games, looking like a chance to go straight to the bottom of the table.

Lower order did well, but 5th straight loss by a margin that just alright states my frustration. 1.9 average ball quality bowler was the difference, should've gone for 10+ an over and we would've won. Instead he went for 5.5.

17 required off the last over and we're no hope of getting it.

Smashed by Tonks.

I wouldn't panic mate - the league is still super tight thanks to Tonks dominance. There's only three games left and only 8 points between 2nd and 8th, noone is safe (apart from one team...).

FI sliding further down the table after a heavy loss today... The batting has been poor all season, only one player averaging over 30. Bowling has now become a problem too - particularly Scott who has topped the division for the last two seasons with 33 and 29 wickets. This season he doesn't even feature on the stats page - he's got 10 from 12 games, and an ER of 9! Awful - clearly I need to change tactics.

6 on the trot, no panic here just accepting reality. Can't beat anyone at the moment and don't see it turning around for what is nearly a miracle to survive now

Very interesting league in AUS Div.1. ;)

Many teams still in danger of relegating and all teams have a chance of avoiding relegation, including The Reds. ;)

Came into today's game with nothing to lose so threw the kitchen sink at Ricky Town, and uh even I didn't plan for this batting slogathon  4-226, could've been more if not for a few late wickets but more than happy with that batting performance. Something I've been waiting to see all season, though admittedly not to this level. Lindley was all class for his 71, but most of the credit goes to Ascott for his rapid 45 ball 100, with Satin making 39 at the top with Lindley and a handy Manzini cameo of 15* off just 5 balls at the end boosting the total. Over to the bowlers now.

This is just cruel from the ME. Gave us hope of avoiding by giving us 226 with the bat, now we watch as those hopes are dashed as Ricky Town should chase this ‘comfortabley’. 7 on the trot to go from possible contenders, to Div 2 here we come....only we can lose a game after scoring 226
