I remember that game. Was remarkable how utterly both innings were dominated by a single batsman! Both deserved hundreds.

Well looks like my batsmen are being useless as normal, with our mighty 50k rated batting being demolished by a bowling attack which is on average rated 13k to leave us reeling at 74/5, on only a 19 wear pitch.

I'm kinda worried since this is genuinely becoming a regular occurrence in T20 even against incredibly weak bowling and I'm not sure why. My typical MAS on low wear pitches is only 145 (and I lower it further on worn pitches), the aggression of my top 3 bats are never above 5 either, and I'm fairly sure that the order of my lineup makes good cricketing sense. I think that my middle order will probably save my and we're not gonna let the bots score over 100, but this could be a serious problem in the future. Does anyone have any tips on T20 aggression?

Restricted a team to 7-70 (they had to hit the last ball for 6 to get that much...) and chased it 1 down in 8 overs to move to 2nd on the ladder. And with no cup games to ruin my con from here on, I’m a red hot chance to promote. Idk if I want to though, might want the extra development for a season as my team continues to grow. But we’ll take it game by game, and with our impending relegation in SOD we might need the sponsor intake so I’m probably gunning for that promotion.

That annoying game when you lose to a team that is lower rated and hasn’t been managed for two months, even if it is DEV_Andys’ team. Glad we had a ten-point lead going into this round, plus we’ve only got BOTs or unmanaged teams left, so still confident of promoting.

Bit if a strange game so far in that I'm 140/4 after 14 overs and there's been 3 ducks with 2 of those being first ballers. One batsman on 64 not out and the other got 68 from 33 balls; looks like it's either feast or famine for the bats.

Edit: Swash has ruined things by not getting a duck but also not getting a really big score; out for 17.

Another edit: Yarnton read the script and got the 4th duck and the 3rd golden duck.

It looked like Gaukrodger were going to successfully chase our 189 total at one stage but 3 wickets in 4 balls from Yarnton got us back in the game. Then Thambinayagam was out for 81 and we soon had them all out for 170. In the end, we took 6 wickets in 11 balls!

They also had 4 ducks but only one golden duck so I reckon we won at getting ducks too.

10 points clear with 3 games to go so it's looking quite promising.
