Well it's a bit embarrassing, since I appear to have won the tournament that I organised. It's not a fix, honest!

Thanks to everyone who took part. I had fun, I hope you did too :). Let me know if there's interest for another one. I'll think about running it maybe in a season or so.

I've really enjoyed this tournament Odin, congrats on a well run and and well thought out competition.

Also congrats on the win *cough* fix *cough* :P

Sansom with a captains performance with 97 from 90 to set the foundation.

Well played, thought your 200 plus would be a stretch for the mixed bag of players we had out.

In the Plate Final:

http://www.stumpedgame.com/Scorecard.php?Match=1249462

All In The Wrists 179 a/o (43.1 overs)
Sir XI 180/3 (37.5 overs)

Sir XI win by 7 wickets.

Couple of collapses at the start and end of the innings did me over. That, coupled with 3 youngsters bowling from the front line and a hell of a match from Sir XI's Indika Koops (5-34 and 60*)

Well played Santos, I'll take some comfort that I made it this far, but I was sadly a couple of star players short for the trophy.

Many thanks to Odin for organising, even if it was a big fix so he could win  Much appreciated.

Three of my bowlers are actually first XI so I thought we might be in with a shot as well, but we needed wickets early. Once your openers were set it was a done deal :D. Congrats on the win :)

Thanks Odin for organizing the competition.

Well played jammycarrot, you were short of bowlers and it worked for me.
I was short of a bowler, fortunately my scout (Saleem Salman) took 3-43 and filled that gap.

Thanks conradij for allowing me to replay quarter finals with corrected lineups.
