Yes, I see it when I collect the results. It's covered by rule 2.5 ...
"2.5 When setting orders for the second and third games of each match (ie: the Thursday and Saturday games) managers will attempt to ensure that the team that batted first in one game will bat second in the next game. This rule is intended to ensure that there is a slightly more balanced opportunity of first-batting between the teams. For example, if team A wins the toss in the Tuesday game and elects to bat first, both teams must set their orders for the Thursday game so that Team A will field first; managers of both teams will then set orders for the Saturday game so that Team A bats first again. If a team gains an advatage by not adhering to this rule, a penalty of a half point will be deducted from the offending team for that match and awarded to the other team."
