It's a tough position to get into - that #6 spot - but if you can get his attack up to 18 and his experience somewhere, he could be in with an outside chance.

But it might not be worth it for you. He's behind where I'd expect him to be on experience by quite a way and the lack of fielding is a problem considering he's up against some very, very good players for a squad spot.

Yes. Late bloomer means he'll get close to potential and stay there for several seasons, and high acc+movement with decent batting, yes he's very good. Personally I would suggest pace training to make him awesome. He might not be England Nat level but he should be a very decent player for any club in a few seasons.

Oh I didn't notice how old he is already - a little undercooked for an almost 18 year old.

As said, he's a little underdeveloped. If you want him to get anywhere near potential, he needs to be getting more than just DEV games. Play him as often as fitness will allow and he'll get better a lot quicker.

He's on the borderline of being good enough for NATs, but that's moot if he doesn't get to 45 current skill, which he should be doing as a Late Bloomer. But he also needs experience, so play him as often as possible and as it's a bit late for pace training, get him on accuracy coaching, too and leave him on accuracy for at least a season to get it up to 14 or so quickly.
