He's on the shortlist. Pretty lopsided plus an opener with no Defense.

Apart from the fact that should not be so logically, and not to digress, our selected squad is still man to man better with balanced skills and experience, at least heading into the 1st game against Pakistan. However, he is an interesting prospect we have our eyes on amongst others who can make an impact in T 20 such as Ghanshyam Maiti, so you never know he could play a part yet this season.

Best of luck for it, I wondered whether you would go for the risk of Srivastava or even Maiti, but indeed your squad is very strong. Good luck!

Thanks, good luck to England as well.
Am sure T20 is going to be a different beast entirely to ODI, with more ups and downs.

Great to see Zakaria make his debut last Saturday. It is a shame he contributed with bat rather than ball but I hope it is the start of an illustrious NAT role.

Yep, although this is just a blooding season for him. His role will probably increase in a season or 2.

Does Navin Muthukrishn have what it takes? I'm ignoring his keeping because he's such a good fielder, but if you see potential for him as a Nat keeper/bat I can work on it.

He's borderline as a pure batsman, if he gets to 15 keeping then he'll have a better chance as a keeper-bat. Probably at least a couple of seasons away, needs to be 40 skill in bat as a minimum.
