Probably wrong place to ask forum-wise but nonetheless here is the answer:

NAT games are for any player (15+). There is no development version of NATs, only a main team. A development version has been discussed but was not really feasible given the size of the player base and the general lack of activity in senior NATs, let alone dev NATs.

Munir Azam (Batsman)
Batting-37/44 (RHD)
Stamina-11/12
Fielding-12/13
Captaincy-13
Experience-8
Characteristics-Safe pair of hands and Influencial
Note- I usually put him as my opener batsman in all the games and captain in my DEVs, and also has the highst number of catches in the team.

Syed Badar (All-rounder)
Batting- 36/46 (LHS)
Bowling-34/46 (RFM)
Characteristics- Back footed
Stamina-10/12
Fielding-12/14
Experience-13
Note-My second opening bowler and someone who bats at number 4 or 5 in all my games.

http://www.stumpedgame.com/player.php?Player=181613
Ansar Abbasi (All-rounder)
Batting-37/42 (LHD)
Bowling-30/38 (RFS)
Characteristics- Front footed
Stamina-12/14
Fielding-5/7
Experience-8
Note-My trusty spinner in DEVs, and for someone who has a Defensive bat characteristic he is pretty aggressive, usually bats at 6 or 7.

I'd be happy if you look into these players, though some time has passed since I originally posted them and the players have changed as well (for the better obviously!).

I don't own him, but I noticed that a young all-rounder named Ghous Ghani (https://www.stumpedgame.com/player.php?Player=224106) has now been sold to Pro Crastinators. Given that Ovi the Bangladesh NAT manager was the one who scouted him I'm guessing that he's already on the list of future BD players if he's good enough, but just putting this here for reference (if I'm not allowed to do so then I'm sorry - just want the best for the NAT scene!)

Yah, I did add him to the shortlist before putting him on the TM.
And Thanks YVRK  it's very kind of you to remind us something important as that.. Currently we're lacking quality players for our squad but we've got so many promising potential future stars on our contention.. It'll take a bit time but I'm confident BD Nat Team can overcome this hard time. Once again thanks for your support :)

Hola everyone,

Nat cricket is back, and BD's squad will need some refreshment

Please let us know if you have anyone Nat worthy on hand! We've got only 65 players on the shortlist, several of whom are either young up-and-comers or older guys moving past their prime.

Early benchmark for skills required is around 39 total current skill in either Batting or Bowling, with some leeway granted for allrounders, exceptional fielders/wicketkeepers, or players with lop-sided skill distributions that suit T20 (SS+Att and Acc+Var).

Thanks!

Cheers. He's already on the shortlist and frankly is an outside chance at making the squad for this season, batting stocks seem a bit thin!
