Just now there were 121 players on the market. Granted some may be fresh and yet to receive a bid but.........100 of them have a bid of 1k (probably from an affiliate ) or (the vast majority)nothing at all - so about 85% of the market are economically worthless and just eating wages!

There is probably not a worse moment for your chap to throw his lopsided hat of skills into the ring and cajole a payment - I fear, if you approach him with a cold heart and a bean counter's cruelty he will be taking a long walk off a short plank
