If the final wicket is off a no-ball, then the ball is rebowled after the 10th wicket, even though there is only one player left. The ball is balled to a batsman, even if that batsman is the one that is out. All fun and games, but the runs scored off the additional ball count towards the total.
In this case, the additional run has made no difference, but obviously if it gets someone over the 80% for the bonus point or even over the total itself, then I guess there may be a major issue (or one person with a major issue, and one person laughing all the way home).
