Charged twice for coach training

As per subject line, I was charged twice for coach training this week - only one coach has been trained, and the charge applied two days in a row (even though he was already at the training on the second day)

What time (game time) did you send them on the course? (I have a theory)

I don't remember sorry. Probably closer to the Eurasian start time, I think I did it before going to bed in Australia. But not certain!

I've refunded, it looks like you somehow managed to reload a page that should have been inaccessible (possibly returning to a tab after time away, something like that is my best guess).

If this happens to anyone else, I may be able to track a repeat, but I can only repeat by doing things I shouldn't be able to.
